BMW S54 Sleeving Service for Turbo Application

We offer the machining service on your BMW S54 block to install our custom designed LA Flanged Sleeves into your S54 block. For the S54 we sleeve this block to 85mm, different sizes are available but this is what we recommend. Custom pistons can be made for this bore size from CP and delivered with the sleeved block ready for installation. The S54 block is weak at around 1000whp and sleeving the block down can eliminate cracking between the cylinders. We also offer a custom cut ring head gasket solution to take advantage of the additional space between the cylinders, please call us for more information. This service price does not include a block.
