BMW S65 Sleeving Service

We offer the machining service on your BMW S65 block to install our custom designed LA Flanged Sleeves into your S65 block. This is a great solution for overboring the engine while increasing cylinder wall strength on this aluminum block. Whether you are building an stroker engine, endurance race engine, or just a supercharged street car engine, sleeving can be a good solution. Another benefit of our sleeves compared to our competition or even the stock block is that our sleeves extend about a quarter inch below the original aluminum bore. This allows the piston increased stability for engines with increased stroke.

Available bore sizes we suggest are 92mm all the way up to 94mm in 0.5mm increments.
