This is a great solution for overboring the engine while increasing cylinder wall strength on this aluminum block. Whether you are building an stroker engine, endurance race engine, or just a supercharged street car engine, sleeving can be a good solution. Another benefit of our sleeves compared to our competition or even the stock block is that our sleeves extend about a quarter inch below the original aluminum bore. This allows the piston increased stability for engines with increased stroke.
